Quantity Surveyor Warrington | £45,000-£50,000 Civils Quantity Surveyors - looking for your next step? I'm working with an established contractor who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their growing commercial team in Warrington. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' experience who already has some exposure to civil engineering projects and wants to develop their career further within a specialist project environment. The role will give you exposure to projects across the full construction sequence, including enabling works, piling and subsequent groundworks, giving you the chance to build a broad understanding of the commercial side of civils. The Role Supporting the commercial management of civils projects Working across enabling works, piling and groundworks packages Subcontractor procurement and management Valuations, applications and final accounts Cost reporting and forecasting Managing variations and commercial changes Working closely with the project and operational teams About You Around 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience Some previous experience within civil engineering Comfortable working within a project environment Good commercial and contractual understanding Ambitious and keen to develop Piling experience is not essential What's on offer? £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience Warrington-based Small, close-knit local office Opportunity to gain exposure across enabling works, piling and groundworks Strong platform to develop your civils commercial careerIf you're a Quantity Surveyor with a few years' experience and want to get more involved in civil engineering projects, this could be a great next move.
