Every placement supports schools in providing children with additional needs access to the specialist support they deserve.   Why Join Smile Education? £25,500 basic salary for Graduates and Trainees with first year OTE £30k+ Up to £40,000 for experienced agency recruiters with top performers earning £100,000+ Uncapped commission from day one Established education recruitment brand with an excellent reputation Clear progression to Senior Consultant, Team Leader and Management roles Industry-leading training and ongoing coaching 24-35 days annual leave plus birthday off Reduced working hours during school holidays Supportive, collaborative and high-performing culture  The Role - 360 SEN Recruitment Consultant You'll take ownership of a specialist SEN recruitment desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while growing a portfolio of schools and candidates.   Key responsibilities include: Developing relationships with SEN schools, alternative provisions and specialist education settings Winning new business through proactive sales activity, referrals and networking Managing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities Sourcing, interviewing and placing SEN Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff Advertising vacancies and attracting high-quality candidates Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline Managing temporary and permanent placements Conducting client visits and candidate meetings Negotiating rates and placement terms Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and career progression goals  About You We're interested in ambitious individuals with the drive to succeed.
