This Manufacturing Engineer role offers a broad remit, combining manufacturing engineering, process improvement and quality responsibilities within a highly skilled and collaborative team. Role and Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day manufacturing engineering support across composite production activities Developing and improving work instructions, manufacturing processes and production documentation Designing or modifying jigs, fixtures, trim tools and manufacturing aids using CAD software Working closely with production teams to improve quality, repeatability, efficiency and manufacturing performance Investigating manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions  This Manufacturing Engineer position is highly hands-on and will see you working closely with production staff, suppliers and customers to support successful project delivery while driving continuous improvement across the business.
