Job Description
Electrical Supervisor Location: Hatfield and surrounding areas Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 DOE + Package Hours: Monday-Friday / 8am until 5pm Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting an experienced Electrical professional to bring a hands on approach as well as leadership experience to a well established contractor working within the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a continually growing business with a strong pipeline of work, where you’ll play a key role in supporting engineers, maintaining compliance and helping deliver high-quality electrical services. The role is will be a blend of office-based and site visits, with genuine opportunities for training, development and career progression as the business continues to grow. What You'll Be Doing * Provide technical support and guidance to engineers in the field * Produce compliance documentation and support NICEIC inspections * Deliver toolbox talks to engineers * Support the Electrical manager and report into senior management * Assist with engineer training, development and appraisals * Help maintain high standards of electrical compliance and workmanship across the contract * Develop your technical and supervisory responsibilities as you progress towards a senior NICEIC QS position What We're Looking For * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification * 18th Edition * City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing * AM2 * Experience with domestic installations and EICRs * Social housing compliance experience preferred What's on offer: * 29 days holiday including bank holidays * Genuine career progression * Employee well being initiatives * Healthcare plan If you’re a Supervisor looking to move into a role offering stability, responsibility and genuine progression, this newly won contract could be the perfect next step.
