MULTI TRADER / UPVC OPERATIVE - LONDON
📍 Covering: Hackney, Barnet, Enfield, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, Camden & surrounding areas
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader / UPVC Operative to join a Reactive Maintenance Team, covering properties across North and West London.
The role will involve carrying out a range of UPVC, window, door and general carpentry repairs within residential properties.
Duties will include:
✅ Internal & external window repairs
✅ Single & double glazing repairs
✅ UPVC repairs
✅ Door repairs and adjustments
✅ Lock refits and repairs
✅ Basic carpentry repairs
✅ General reactive maintenance
Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience in reactive maintenance
🔹 Strong UPVC/window repair experience
🔹 Good carpentry skills
🔹 Able to work independently and manage a busy schedule
🔹 Full UK driving licence preferred
