HR Advisor

What will the HR Advisor role involve? Providing proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of HR matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies Supporting employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance-related matters Managing recruitment and onboarding activities, helping to deliver a positive candidate and new starter experience Coordinating employee benefits administration, including annual renewals and liaison with external providers and brokers Assisting with HR projects, policy reviews, process improvements and learning and development initiatives Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting the delivery of key people-related reporting Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy: Previous experience within a generalist HR position, ideally at HR Advisor level CIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards Level 5, or equivalent practical experience Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach Additional benefits and information for the role of HR Advisor: Hybrid working arrangement Competitive salary dependent on experience Generous holiday entitlement Employer pension contribution Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative working culture Employee wellbeing and work-life balance initiatives CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
