Waking Night Support Worker Children’s Residential Home 💷 £16.50 per hour | Full & Part Time We are recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to provide safe, consistent overnight care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will: * Provide overnight care, welfare checks and emotional support. * Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures. * Promote positive behaviour using trauma-informed approaches. * Build positive relationships with children and young people. * Complete records, handovers and incident reports. * Administer medication when trained and authorised. * Work as part of the children’s residential care team. About You * Caring, reliable and resilient. * Good communication skills and calm under pressure. * Able to work waking night shifts. * Passion for supporting children and young people. * Aged 22 or over. * Previous children’s residential care experience desirable. * Level 3 Residential Childcare desirable or willingness to work towards.
