Store Manager | Premium Cycling Retailer | South West London | £45,000 - £50,000 Are you an experienced Store Manager or senior retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for sportswear, fashion or lifestyle retail? We're recruiting for a Store Manager in South West London to lead a successful premium retail store, taking ownership of sales, P&L, KPIs, team performance, customer experience and operational standards. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader who enjoys developing people and identifying practical ways to improve performance. You'll inherit an established and experienced team, so we're looking for someone who can combine commercial ambition with a calm, considered approach to leadership. What's On Offer £45,000 - £50,000 salary, depending on experience 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays Generous staff discount Company pension scheme The opportunity to lead a high-profile store within a premium retail brand The Role As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the store. You'll be responsible for: Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and overall store performance Managing P&L, budgets, margins and profitability Identifying opportunities to increase basket spend and attachment sales Leading, coaching and developing an experienced retail team Understanding different personalities and bringing the team together around clear objectives Analysing performance and turning insight into clear commercial actions Maintaining high standards across customer experience, stock, merchandising and operations Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing store culture About You We're looking for an experienced retail leader who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent people leadership. You'll ideally have: Strong Store Manager or senior retail management experience, or be an exceptional Assistant Store Manager ready to step up A proven track record of delivering sales targets and retail KPIs Strong P&L and commercial understanding Excellent people leadership, coaching and performance management skills Experience within premium sportswear, fashion, footwear or lifestyle retail The ability to analyse performance and identify practical opportunities for improvement A calm, considered and adaptable leadership style The confidence to raise standards while bringing an established team with you If you're an experienced retail leader looking for a commercially focused opportunity where you can make a genuine impact on both people and performance, we'd love to hear from you.
