Maintenance Electrician - No Call Out
Birmingham
Up to £42,000 per annum
Permanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 - £42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participate in an on call rota.
Main Duties:
Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant.
General facilities maintenance work - minor plumbing or building fabric repairs.
Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Ensure site logbooks, records and technical documentation are all up to date.
Job Requirements:
Apprentice trained electrician.
18th edition wiring regs.
AM2 qualified.
Experience of commercial maintenance work.
On offer is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between £39 - £42,000 per annum.
