Clinical Registered Manager Location: Glasgow Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum Please note: applicants must be a registered nurse with an active NMC PIN. The Role As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and effective day-to-day operation of the nursing home. You will lead from the front, ensuring excellent clinical governance, outstanding resident outcomes and a positive culture for colleagues and families. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, healthcare regulations and internal quality standards Leading, supporting and developing clinical teams and other healthcare professionals Overseeing the development and delivery of effective, personalised care plans Managing budgets, staffing levels and resources efficiently Promoting a positive, inclusive and resident-focused environment Building strong relationships with residents, families and external healthcare agencies Driving continuous improvement across clinical care, compliance and service deliveryPackage and Benefits Annual salary of £65,000 to £75,000 Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and collaborative working environment The opportunity to lead a large, premium nursing homeAbout You To be successful in this Clinical Registered Manager role, you will: Be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent Have previous experience in a management role within a nursing home Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, organisational and operational management skills Have a sound understanding of nursing home compliance, clinical governance and CQC requirements Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate careIf you are a Clinical Manager, Care Home Manager, Home Director, Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager, this could be the ideal next step in your career
