Senior Quantity Surveyor
Up to £70,000 + £8,000 Car Allowance | Hybrid | Cornwall

A leading Civil Engineering contractor needs a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of projects across the South West Water AMP8 framework.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll cover:
NEC contracts, CVRs and forecasting
Risk, opportunity and commercial performance
Variations, procurement and final accounts
Client and subcontractor negotiations
Support for junior commercial staff You'll need to be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor from civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure, with strong NEC knowledge and the confidence to run projects commercially.
Package: £70k + £8k car allowance/EV + pension + healthcare + 26 days' holiday + hybrid working.
