PARTS ADVISOR - MOTOR TRADE Location: Birmingham Salary: £29,000 per annum + monthly bonus + overtime Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday: 1 Saturday per month minimum | Paid at time and a half Contract: Full-time, Permanent Parts Advisor - Motor Trade Experience Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with a background in the motor trade? We're looking for a reliable and organised Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with motor trade or automotive parts experience looking for a stable, long-term position with monthly bonus opportunities, overtime and full training available. The Role ·Supply parts to technicians and workshop staff ·Identify and source the correct parts for vehicles ·Manage parts enquiries and orders ·Check incoming parts and maintain stock levels ·Process parts through the relevant systems ·Liaise with suppliers and customers ·Maintain accurate parts and inventory records ·Help keep the parts department organised and efficient ·Work closely with the workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime About You We're looking for someone with: ·Previous motor trade / automotive experience ·Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant or similar experience ·Good knowledge of vehicle parts ·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ·Good communication and customer service skills ·Ability to work as part of a busy team ·A proactive and reliable approach Commercial vehicle or HGV parts experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. Hours & Overtime Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm Saturdays: 1 Saturday per month minimum, with additional Saturdays available, paid at time and a half.
