Benefits: Competitive basic salary starting from £32,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience Realistic on-target earnings of up to £50,000 per annum Opportunities for career progression within a reputable dealership Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Rotational Saturday shifts, approximately one in four Ongoing training and development to support your career growth Stable employment within a well-established organisationDuties: Conduct repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicles efficiently and to manufacturer standards Accurately diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication regarding repairs and costs Maintain workshop tools and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Complete all necessary documentation and work reports accurately Support the team with technical troubleshooting and adviceRequirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology Current MOT tester certification (desirable but not essential) Strong diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Valid driving licenseIf you are a committed Vehicle Technician looking to enhance your career with a company offering excellent remuneration and career opportunities, we want to hear from you.
