As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Oversee and coordinate all window and door installations
Book installation and remedial visits with the installation team
Manage installation team diaries to optimise travel and time efficiency
Arrange and coordinate parts required for installations and visits
Maintain regular contact with customers by telephone and email throughout their projects
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
As a Project Coordinator, your experience will include:
Experience in customer service or coordination roles
Previous experience managing schedules, bookings, or team coordination preferred
Experience in construction, glazing, or home improvement would be advantageous
Excellent telephone and email etiquette with professional communication skills
Strong problem solving abilities with a solutions focused approach
High level of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
