Warehouse Operatives Required - Wellingborough
Location: Wellingborough
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour
⏰ Overtime: Optional and paid at 1.5x hourly rate
We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Wellingborough.
Please note: All successful candidates will complete 1 week's training on a 7:00am - 3:00pm shift before moving onto the permanent 2:00pm - 10:00pm back shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders accurately
Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
Labelling products and orders
Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Adhering to health and safety procedures
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years' pick and pack experience within a warehouse environment
✅ Experience using handheld scanners
✅ Previous labelling and pallet wrapping experience
✅ Reliable and hardworking approach
✅ Good attention to detail
Desirable:
PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience
Forklift licence/experience
Additional Requirements:
⚠️ A Basic DBS check will be required for all successful applicants.
