HVAC Project Manager   Salary: £70,000-£80,000 Location: Bristol Employment Type: Full-time Project Duration: 7 Years Project: Major Commercial Office Development   The Opportunity   We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a major project team working on a large-scale commercial office development in Bristol. With an impressive 7-year project programme and a salary of £70,000-£80,000, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional looking for long-term stability and the chance to play a key role in the delivery of a major project.   The Role   As HVAC Project Manager, you will take ownership of the HVAC package, managing the delivery of works from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of HVAC works Taking ownership of the HVAC package and ensuring works are delivered to programme Managing and coordinating subcontractors, site teams and specialist contractors Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information Coordinating HVAC installation with other trades and project disciplines Managing labour, materials and plant requirements Monitoring progress against the project programme Managing procurement and ensuring materials are available when required Attending project and coordination meetings Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors Monitoring quality and ensuring installations meet project specifications Overseeing testing, commissioning and handover of HVAC systems Ensuring all works are delivered in line with Health & Safety requirements Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager Strong experience delivering HVAC/mechanical services on commercial projects Experience working on office or commercial projects Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Ability to manage programmes, deadlines and project deliverables Strong communication and leadership skills A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of a project The Opportunity 💰 £70,000-£80,000 📍 Bristol 🏢 Major Commercial Office Project 📅 7-Year Project 🔧 HVAC / Mechanical Services   If you're an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking for a long-term project, strong salary and the opportunity to work on a major commercial development, we'd be keen to hear from you
