Shutdown Supervisor | Weybridge, Surrey Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00 We are looking for a Shutdown Supervisor to join a major facilities management contract supporting a large Central Government site in Weybridge. This is a key role responsible for planning and coordinating planned maintenance shutdowns across 20 high-containment facilities, working closely with the client, engineering teams, contractors and project teams. Responsibilities for a Shutdown Supervisor * Plan and coordinate biannual maintenance shutdowns across a safety-critical environment * Manage M&E, HVAC, BMS, PPM, reactive and remedial works during shutdown periods * Coordinate contractors, obtain quotations, raise POs and review RAMS * Lead stakeholder meetings through to completion * Manage documentation, reports, CAFM information and assurance records Requirements * Engineering/FM background with strong planned maintenance experience * Experience managing contractors and coordinating planned works or shutdowns * Good understanding of M&E services, ideally including HVAC and BMS * Experience working within a compliance-led or critical environment * Strong knowledge of RAMS, risk assessments, H&S and statutory compliance * City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ equivalent engineering qualification * 18th Edition * Good CAFM and Microsoft Office skills What’s On Offer for a Shutdown Supervisor * Working on a secure, Long-term government contract * Strong career development and progression opportunities * Full BPSS and SC clearance process supported * Flexible working hours of either 7-4 or 9-6
