Salary:£45,000/£50,000
Penguin Recruitment are currently working with Boyer Planning to find an experienced Senior Planner to join their established Cardiff team.
Boyer is a leading planning and development consultancy working across England and Wales, with the Cardiff team delivering significant projects across strategic planning, development management and planning project coordination for a range of private and public-sector clients.
The Role
Delivering and supporting significant planning projects
Working across strategic planning and development management
Coordinating planning projects from inception through to delivery
Advising a range of private and public-sector clients
Working within the wider property and development context
Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the Cardiff teamRequirements
MRTPI qualification
Strong commercial approach and ability to apply planning knowledge within the wider property sector
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and energetic approach
Confidence dealing directly with clients
Experience in project management and delivering planning schemesBenefits
