The Role - Secondary Teaching Assistant * Support students across a range of subjects and year groups. * Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and confidence. * Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. * Provide tailored support for students with additional needs. * Encourage positive behaviour and promote a supportive learning environment. * Help students develop independence, resilience and self-belief. What We're Looking For * Experience working with young people in a school, educational or mentoring setting. * A positive, patient and proactive approach. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * A commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all students. * Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable but not essential.
