Job Description
We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a prestigious logistics company based in Kettering.
No HLOP experience? No problem! If you have previous warehouse experience and are willing to be trained on a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), full training will be provided.

SHIFT PATTERNS & PAY
Any 5 days out of 7 with the below standard rates:
* PM: 14:00 – 22:00 |
* Monday-Friday: £14.12 blended rate
* Saturday: £15.08 per hour
* Sunday: £18.30 per hour
* Overtime available
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately, stock replenishment, locating goods within the warehouse, completing associated paperwork and general warehouse/HLOP duties.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous warehouse experience
* HLOP experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided
* Good spoken and written English
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Must live locally and have your own transport
