Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager Meridian are working with a well-established M&E contractor in the North-west who are growing their M&E management team. Benefits include (but are not exclusive to): Starting salary of c.£55k - £60k p.a (negotiable DoE) Additional overtime, shifts, and weekends may be available depending on call-outs and projects Company car allowance Immediate start available (subject to successful application) Working on regionalised commercial projects across the North-west Business expenses Company laptop and mobile phone Company pension scheme Sickness and Death in Service schemes 21-days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with additional holiday purchase scheme availableRequirements for this role: Background in Project Management (or relevant title/position) within an Electrical/M&E Hard Services organisation SMSTS or equivalent management qualifications Electrical background required Experience of managing full project deadlines, with an ability to work to changing timeframe and budget requirements Strong commercial awareness i.e. budgets & P&L when managing Electrical Installation Service Contracts/Projects  Excellent people skills with M&E engineers, client-facing meetings, or other subcontractors and engineers on site Computer literate, including online communications, ordering and procurement, and existing MS Office skills Full UK Driving LicenceDuties include (but are not exclusive to): Constant management of project programme and lifecycles, with regular meetings and visits to site to liaise with Site Managers and Engineers to get accurate timeframes and project updates Ensure the provision of electrical Small-Works & Project delivery in line with client scope, budgetary/commercial elements and health & safety/compliance requirements.
