Hygiene Operative
Full Time | Permanent 📍 Monday to Friday ⏰ Dayshift: 6am - 2pm

We're looking for a Hygiene Operative to join a busy food production environment, helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across the site.

The Role
As a Hygiene Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring production areas and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards. Duties will include:
Cleaning production areas, machinery, racks, and equipment
Deep cleaning and strip-down of machinery (full training provided)
Sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, and waste disposal
Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, hot hoses, pressure washers, and vacuums
Following cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
Reliable and hardworking with excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous hygiene or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
