Role Details Start Date: October 2026 Location: Fulham, London Position: Room Leader Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with varied shift patterns Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Benefits Include Generous holiday allowance including bank holidays Additional Christmas closure period Staff bonus and reward schemes (£1000+) Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Excellent career progression opportunitiesKey Responsibilities Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education Support, motivate, and mentor Early Years Practitioners within the room Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessmentsThe Ideal Candidate Will Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or above) Have previous experience working as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to step up Have experience leading, supporting, or mentoring colleagues within a nursery environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and highly regarded nursery in Fulham that truly invests in both its children and staff.
