Contract Details Location: Leighton Buzzard Contract: 6 months, ongoing Start: As soon as possible Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-4:00pm Friday: 7:00am-12:00pm Overtime: Available The Role As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying a variety of aerospace components to a high standard. The work will be carried out within the aerospace department, focusing on aircraft cabin interior components including galleys, seats, monuments and bars. Candidates should have previous experience working with water-based paints and ideally sprayer systems. Previous aircraft or aerospace experience would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Prepare aerospace components for painting and finishing. Spray components to a high-quality standard using water-based paints. Apply 2-pack paint systems, including Mankiewicz where required. Work on a variety of aircraft interior components, including galleys, seats, monuments and bars. Follow technical drawings, specifications and work instructions. Ensure all work meets required quality and aerospace standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Prepper. Experience using water-based paints. Experience with 2-pack paint systems, ideally Mankiewicz. Aerospace or aircraft experience is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work effectively within a production environment
