The Role
As a Graduate SEN TA, your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
Supporting lessons, interventions and classroom activities.
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours.
Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and support staff.
Working alongside teachers and SEN professionals to provide effective support.About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
