Daily Supply Teacher
Location: Lambeth, London
Salary: £145 - £175 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.
Contract: Temporary daily supply; working days agreed for each booking
Start date: 05/10/2026
Hours: Term time - 8:30 - 3:30 - school day
Keep your classroom skills in use while choosing the days you are available for work. Transparency Education is recruiting a Daily Supply Teacher for primary cover in Lambeth.
You will step into classes during teacher absence, deliver planned learning and provide a reliable handover at the end of the day. Bookings will be discussed around your experience, travel preferences and availability.
Responsibilities
• Take responsibility for the class during the agreed cover period
• Deliver the school’s planned work and adapt explanations as needed
• Establish expectations quickly and keep pupils engaged
• Follow safeguarding, behaviour and pupil-support procedures
• Check completed work and communicate key outcomes to school staff
Requirements
• UK QTS and experience in primary classrooms
• Confidence teaching different classes within your agreed phases
• Effective behaviour management and inclusive teaching practice
• Punctuality and clear communication about availability
• An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to complete one.
