Job Description
Logical Personnel Solutions are looking for Class 2 drivers available to start immediately for on going work until the end of the year.
Role:
* Monday to Friday
* Every other Saturday required
* Weekend overtime availability
* Delivering goods on cages
* Light handball.
* Ongoing Training & Support
Rates:
* Days: £15 - £18.50 per hour
* Weekends: £17 -£23 per hour
Requirements:
* HGV Class 2 Licence (held for at least 2 years)
* Tachograph: Minimum of 60 days driving experience recorded
* Valid CPC Certification
* Clear Employment History for the last 5 years (no gaps)
Job Responsibilities:
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your role is crucial to the safe and efficient transport of goods. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Loading and unloading cargo securely
* Adhering to traffic laws and company policies
* Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and driving hours
* Effective communication with dispatchers and clients
* Representing the client professionally at all times
