BMS Project Manager
Alecto is partnered with an exciting specialist within Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building integration.
The business has been established for 22 years and are a very forward thinking and innovative company in the sectors.
Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.
The Role:
The role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all project works
Ensuring a professional and first class service to internal stakeholders and customers alike
Delivering BMS / BEMS projects on time and on budget
Full cost management of allocated projects
Responsible for procurement of control items, sizing control valves etc
Assisting in the coordination of internal and external resources
Requirements:
We are seeking someone with a good technical understanding of building management systems
Technical expertise on multiple BMS / HVAC products
Ability to work well in a team but also independently
Strong leadership qualities
Commercial awareness
Experienced within a project management position and have delivered a range of BMS Project related works
Salary:
£75,000 - £80,000
