What we're looking for We’re keen to hear from qualified Primary Teachers who have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Primary teaching experience — NQTs are welcome Strong classroom and behaviour management skills The ability to plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons A flexible and adaptable approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed You’ll be confident teaching within the Curriculum for Wales, creating an inclusive learning environment and adapting your approach to meet the needs of individual learners, including pupils with ALN.
