Job Description
Joiner, Stirling & Surrounding Areas, Immediate Start,£22 per hour DOE, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Long-Term Contact

Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of joinery work on high-end residential properties.
* Erect and install timber frames to required specifications.
* Complete plasterboarding and associated finishing work.
* Undertake general house-building and construction duties.
* Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials accurately.
* Follow technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
* Work effectively alongside other trades on site to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Joiner within residential construction.
* Strong all-round joinery skills.
* Previous experience with timber frame construction.
* Experience with plasterboarding is desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
* Relevant trade qualifications or experience preferred.
* Own tools and reliable transport are advantageous
