Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a Temporary Project Assistant to join their Supply Chain team for a project-focused assignment.
This role will support a key compliance and data management project, ensuring supplier information is accurately maintained and regulatory requirements are met for international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and validate supplier data, including country of origin and material content information
Maintain accurate records
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to gather required compliance information
Support the development of reporting tools and system-based compliance reports
Ensure tariff and origin data is correctly recorded
Assist with compliance audits and respond to information requests
Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve issuesCandidate Requirements:
Strong administrative and data management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with Excel and business systems/ERP software
Previous experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a compliance-focused administration role would be advantageous
