As Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of the maintenance function at a busy processing facility, leading a team of engineers and driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across the site. What's on Offer? £60,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary Annual Bonus Scheme 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Holiday Purchase Scheme Enhanced Pension (6% Employer Contribution) Health Cash Plan Life Assurance (4x Salary) Long Service Awards Genuine Autonomy to Shape Engineering Strategy Excellent Training & Development Opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of maintenance engineers Drive a proactive preventative maintenance culture Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities Manage engineering budgets and maintenance expenditure Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with statutory inspections and Health & Safety regulations Manage engineering stores and critical spare parts Support equipment upgrades, capital projects and new installations Manage external contractors and suppliers Improve plant reliability, efficiency and overall site performance About You You'll ideally have experience as an Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Reliability Manager or similar within a manufacturing, recycling, production, process, or heavy industrial environment.
