Property Inspector – Temporary Accommodation
Location: London & Surrounding Boroughs
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm
About the Role
Join a fast‑growing housing management team supporting local authorities across London. You’ll play a key role in ensuring temporary accommodation is safe, compliant, and ready for residents. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll work closely with councils, landlords, and contractors to maintain high standards and support vulnerable tenants.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections to assess condition and tenant upkeep
Complete occupancy checks to identify abandonment or unauthorised sub‑letting
Carry out ready‑to‑let assessments using pre‑populated digital forms
Requirements
Essential experience in social housing or property management
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
