Production Operative
Location: Newbury
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Duration: 2/3 weeks

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Newbury with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality results, and thrives in a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing materials for the manufacturing process
Carrying out finishing processes, including:
Taping
Drilling
Sanding
Cutting
Scraping
Conducting quality checks and preparing finished products for dispatch
Packing goods safely and accurately for shipment
Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Have a practical, hands-on approach to work
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
Have excellent attention to detail
Be comfortable working in a production or workshop environment
Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
