Job Description
Job Title: Fabric Engineer - West London - Immediate Start
Location: West London
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
We’re looking for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join a Facilities Management team based in West London, carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a commercial site. This Fabric Engineer position offers steady weekday hours and ongoing work.
Fabric Engineer — what you’ll be doing:
* General fabric repairs — carpentry, painting/decorating, plastering, minor building repairs
* Door, lock, and furniture repairs
* Basic plumbing and drainage tasks
* Responding to reactive maintenance requests and completing PPM fabric tasks
* Reporting completed works accurately via the site system
As Fabric Engineer, you’ll need:
* Multi-skilled trade background (carpentry, painting, general building maintenance)
* Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance environment
* Good attention to detail and a can-do attitude
* Full UK driving licence desirable
