Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Cambridge - Immediate Start
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
A Facilities Management provider is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a commercial site in Cambridge, working standard Monday-to-Friday hours. This Electrical Engineer role offers ongoing weekday work.
Electrical Engineer — what you’ll be doing:
* PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
* Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
* Fault-finding and repairs on electrical distribution and small power systems
* Accurate completion of job/compliance reports
As Electrical Engineer, you’ll need:
* BS7671 Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition (essential)
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience in a facilities management, mobile maintenance, or building services environment
* Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
